What PromptFlow does.
PromptFlow LLC builds and hosts professional websites for local service businesses. Our primary offer is the Founder Website Activation: we build your website — often as a free preview first — and, if you choose to proceed, we make it live and host it for you. An optional Website Care Plan provides ongoing hosting, edits, and updates. We also offer an optional missed-call text-back add-on (covered in the messaging section below) for businesses that want it.
Who can sign up.
To use PromptFlow you must be a legitimate business entity (or an individual operating one) with the legal authority to operate the phone line being used with the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
How you agree.
You accept these terms by signing up for the service, completing payment, or using the service in any way. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the service.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account contact and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
How billing works.
PromptFlow's main offer is the Founder Website Activation: a one-time $149 charge (normally $199) for your website, billed through Stripe, with the first year of hosting included. No subscription is required. An optional Website Care Plan ($49/month) is available if you want ongoing hosting, edits, and updates after the first year — it is month-to-month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled any time.
- There is no setup fee. The $149 Website Activation is a single one-time charge for your website. The optional $49/month Care Plan recurs only if you choose it, until you cancel.
- Money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with your website, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund — consistent with the guarantee shown on our site.
- If you take the optional monthly Care Plan, the fee is not pro-rated for partial months; if you cancel mid-month, it continues through the end of the current period.
- If a payment fails, we'll attempt to recharge. After repeated failures we may pause or terminate service.
All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
What you can and can't do with it.
Our optional missed-call text-back add-on is designed to send a text in response to a customer who just called your business — that is the only kind of message it sends. If you use that add-on:
- Messages sent through the service must be in response to inbound customer calls. They must not be used for bulk or promotional outreach.
- You must not use the service to send spam, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise abusive content.
- You must not use the service for anything illegal under federal, state, or local law.
- You must comply with the TCPA, A2P 10DLC carrier rules, and any other laws or regulations that apply to business text messaging.
- You must promptly honor any recipient's request to stop receiving messages (the system handles STOP keywords automatically; do not work around that).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service of any client who violates these rules. Carrier-level compliance violations can lead to your number being blocked, which is bad for both of us.
What we promise (and don't).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We use reasonable best effort to keep it running, but at this stage we don't offer an uptime guarantee or SLA. Your website depends on third-party hosting infrastructure (such as Vercel and Cloudflare); the optional missed-call add-on additionally depends on Twilio and your mobile carrier. These can have outages outside our control.
We will tell you promptly about issues we know about and we will work to fix problems quickly. If an outage or defect significantly affects your service, contact us and we'll make it right within reason.
Standard limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptFlow LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising out of or in connection with the service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid PromptFlow in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Ending the relationship.
Either of us may terminate the agreement at any time with reasonable notice. You can cancel by contacting us at chad@promptflowbusiness.com, by canceling through Stripe, or by replying to any account email. We may terminate or suspend the service if you violate these terms (especially the acceptable use rules), if your payment fails for an extended period, or for any reason on reasonable notice.
On termination: your right to use the service ends, and we'll wind down your hosting (and any optional add-on, including missed-call message routing). Any optional monthly Care Plan fee for the current period is non-refundable as described in the payment section, subject to the money-back guarantee above.
Where this lives, legally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you and PromptFlow each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Questions about the terms.
Email chad@promptflowbusiness.com. A real person reads it and replies. If something in these terms is unclear, ask before you sign up — we'd rather get it right up front than argue about it later.
